Manufacturing of the clamping bore To improve the grip depending on the diameter the clamping bore is available in: – smooth (G), standard, without further specifications – cross-grooved (Q) – transverse and longitudinal grooves (LQ) – Z-corrugation (Z) Coatings On request, to increase tool lifetime, optimise grip and to prevent gumming the clamping devices can be additionally coated in regard to the application.
